WIBA’s Co-President Freni Jivani and Corporate Relations Director Nimeesha Fernandes sit with Megha Lad, a Stategic Partnerships and Relations Associate at Torinit Technologies Inc. Megha graduated from the University of Toronto Scarborough with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategy. In this episode, Megha shares her experiences on being involved on campus through her engagement with LIVE Competition, Ted Rogers Management Conference and as a TA for the Marketing Management (MGMB01) course. Megha tells us more about securing her internship as a Business Analyst at RBC and provides tips on job searching. Megha shares the importance of mentorship and how she has developed meaningful relationships in the workplace. We also learn more about her experiences stepping into the Business and Technology industry as a Strategic Partnerships and Relations Associate at Torinit Technologies Inc. Megha talks about her daily responsibilities, some initial challenges she faced in her role, and relevant skills in the Consulting industry.
