Hello dear friends,   

Past week's events have truly touched my heart. I wanted to show up in some way and help unite our loving thoughts and energies to support our black brothers and sisters.   

I guided a Loving Kindness Meditation on my Instagram on Friday, and recorded it so I could share it with you.   

This meditation was inspired by Dr Candice Nicole and her Black Lives Matter Meditation for Healing Racial Trauma (featured on Huffington Post)

I used the adapted affirmations she used in this meditation that are used in the Metta (Loving Kindness) Meditation with the focus on sending loving thoughts to the black community.
