Tuesday, hello there! This week's episode is another 'In the Media' and we take a deep dive into the new Change or Suppression (Conversion) Practices Prohibition Bill 2020 (Vic) introduced into Parliament on 25 November 2020. Just a quick content warning here, we discuss topics which may be distressing to some listeners.
We touch on the 2017 Plebiscite and legalisation of same-sex marriage, hear from members of the LGBTIQA+ community, and examine the current status of this Bill and what it means moving forward.
Thank you to everyone who submitted their thoughts and opinions for this episode, it is always so exciting and motivating to know that you all are as invested and interested in the issues we're talking about as we are.
