John 14:27 “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.
3 types of peace:
Peace doesn’t come from what you do, it comes from what Jesus did.
Romans 5:1 Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God BECAUSE of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.
Isaiah 32:17 And this righteousness will bring peace. Yes, it will bring quietness and confidence forever.
Col 3:15 And let the peace that comes from Christ RULE in your hearts.
John 16:33 I have said these things to you,that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulations. But take heart; I have overcome the world.
Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Phil 4:7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
