It’s the SMALL things that no one sees that result in the BIG things everyone

wants.

Deuteronomy 30:11-14 “This command I am giving you today is not too difficult

for you, and it is not beyond your reach. It is not kept in heaven, so distant that you

must ask, ‘Who will go up to heaven and bring it down so we can hear it and

obey?’ It is not kept beyond the sea, so far away that you must ask, ‘Who will cross

the sea to bring it to us so we can hear it and obey?’   No, the message is very close

at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart so that you can obey it.

CHOICES.

Deuteronomy 30:15 “Now listen! Today I am giving you a choice between life and

death, between prosperity and disaster.

Our CHOICES will either MAKE us or BREAK us.

“Life is a matter of choices, and every choice you make, makes you.”—Dr.

John Maxwell

“Good and evil both increase at compound interest. That is why the little

decisions you and I make every day are of such infinite importance.”—C.S.

Lewis

Our DECISIONS determine our DESTINY.

What you choose determines what you DO, and what you do determines your

HABITS, and your habits will eventually create your FUTURE.

Deuteronomy 30:16a For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and

to keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways.

1. Lock in your FOCUS – Choose what MATTERS most.

Deuteronomy 30:16a – “For I command you this day to love the Lord your God…”

Where your ATTENTION goes, your DIRECTION flows.

Matthew 6:33 Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these

things will be added to you.

2. Train your DISCIPLINE – Stay CONSISTENT in what matters most.

Deuteronomy 30:16b …and to keep His commands, decrees, and regulations…

Discipline is doing what you need to do NOW, so you can have what you want

MOST.

Galatians 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we

will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Discipline isn't a PUNISHMENT, it's a PATH.

3. Take the WALK — Go ALL IN with God.

Deuteronomy 30:16 ...by walking in his ways.

Deuteronomy 30:16 For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and to

keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways.

Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.

Deuteronomy 30:16b If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the Lord your

God will bless you and the land you are about to enter and occupy.

Deuteronomy 30:20 You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God,

obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This is the key to your life.

Your future isn’t locked up in your FEELINGS, it’s unlocked by

your FAITHFULNESS.
