In this paper Hamilton explains that taxation shall be proportioned to the means of the nation, the importance of taxation as it relates to loans, finally diversified taxation so there isn’t a heavy reliance on one subject of taxation.  Additionally, as always I use real life applicable examples to explain these principles.
