In this paper, Hamilton explains the provision of the constitution entailing the emolument of judges. Judges shall not have a diminishment of their emolument in their continuance of office and this compensation shall be evaluated for increases from time to time. Hamilton additionally, defends having no age limit on judges, but rather a removal due to insanity and impeachment if judges partake in malconduct.
