In today's episode, Jennifer dives deeper into ways that diet culture manifests itself in our society (cheat days, fit teas, unsustainable diets, guilt-free foods), but also takes in one step further by addressing the fact that while chasing diets gives us the belief that we will be happy, worthy, and better off one we are thinner (although we won't be), we also need to learn to dismantle that thinking and remember that ultimately long-term health and wellness should be our overall goal.
