Cainan Francis is pure, in passion, aesthetic, and sound. Blending elements of bedroom pop and indie rock, Cainan is able to create a sound that’s in between and outside of genre. During our talk I was struck by just how real we were able to get, there are mentions of depression and suicide, so take this as a trigger warning for anyone sensitive to those topics. Despite hardship, Cainan’s perseverance and work ethic has definitely paid off. With one album out and another on the way, I can’t wait to see just how far he can go.
