From Philadelphia, the city of Brotherly love, Jeron Williams II fully embraces the artists he manages as members of his family. During our talk, I got to learn a lot about some of the inner workings of the music industry, from how talent is scouted to how labels market their artists. Definitely gave me some things to think about moving forward in my own career. I also listened to MB3 Brown more after our talk, amazing artist, and, like Jeron said, excellent writer and lyricist. I can't wait to see how far Jeron can take artists like MB3, Karter Krueger, and more. We'll just have to wait to find out.
