Why is it that so many of us are afraid to express our true authentic selves? whatever that may look like! because who really cares what others have to say except you? ABSOLUTELY NO ONE!! No one that truly matters anyway.
And Is it possible that many of us are stuck in life purely because we fail to authentically express ourselves, whether that's vocally, through how we present ourselves, or through how we express our emotions?
