I have felt led to make available this clip as a spontaneous example encouraging engagement more fully with the amazing living Word of God in different ways.
Go beyond simply reading the Word of God. Take a hold of it, personalise it, embrace it, agree with it verbally and talk to God about it. The Word of God is a living Word and has to become part of our being for us to live in the good of it. Simply reading Gods Word can easily become an activity of the mind only, particularly if it has become part of our normal daily routine. It is a good routine to have but we must interact with the truth in it so that every part of our being is transformed by it.
Often the things God says in His Word are beyond what our finite minds can take in fully and we need to ask Him to reveal and apply the truth to our hearts so that our heart becomes more like His.
