In this episode of The Bill Cartwright Show, Bill sits down with former WNBA player and current coach, Lisa Willis. Lisa talks about growing up in Long Beach, California where she discovered her love for basketball early on. As a four year varsity player, Lisa committed to UCLA during her sophomore year. Bill and Lisa touch on Lisa's favorite memories and teams during her time in the WNBA, where she was able to be apart of several organizations including the Los Angeles Sparks and the New York Liberty. After the WNBA, Lisa spent some time playing oversees before returning to the states as an assistant coach for the Westchester Knicks.
