In this episode of The Bill Cartwright Show, Bill sits down with former USF Director of Athletics Bill Fusco. The two Bills recalls Fusco's time growing up and how he found his way to USF as a student. Fusco recounts working in the Athletic department while attending school there, eventually landing a job as a Sports Information Director after graduation. He was able to work his way up to Director of Athletics by 1980. He served in this position at USF for 3 years and eventually was bought on as Athletic Director at Dominican University of California and Sonoma State University. The Bills discuss Fusco's favorite memories at USF and his thoughts on college athletics today.
