Description

Worrying, replaying conversations, or comparing ourselves to others—only fuels stress and anxiety. Paul offers a better way in Philippians 4:8–9: focus on what is true, honorable, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy. Peace doesn’t come from ignoring problems but from filling our minds with God’s truth and goodness. When we take our thoughts captive and fix them on Him, we experience His peace even in life’s troubles.

ABOUT THIS SERIES

Most of us assume that if we think it, it must be true—or at least worth listening to. But Scripture tells a different story. God invites us to think differently: to challenge the lies we believe, take harmful thoughts captive, and fill our minds with His truth.
