Finally, after 30 years USA hard rock legends FireHouse make their way to Australia for their first ever shows, headlining MelodicRock Fest in Melbourne, in March.
Best known for charting in the USA Top 20 with power ballads such as Love Of A Lifetime, When I Look Into Your Eyes and I Live My Life For You, you've got to hand it to them, that they achieved this in the face of grunge and even as deep as 1995, when grunge had firmly taken a foothold.
Delivering an acoustic and plugged in set - we get the best of both worlds over the festival weekend. I had the pleasure of chatting with guitarist Bill Leverty delving into the bands history, expectations of their first visit to Australia and whether we can expect new FireHouse music in 2020, the year of their 30th anniversary.
