"Is it ok to enjoy your work, but not find meaning in it?" This is a question we've been asked many times. We think it's awesome if your work is enjoyable....what a gift! However, we don't think that's enough. Eventually, even the most fun work will feel empty if it doesn't provide meaning and purpose. To illustrate this principle, we use the Coke vs. Pepsi challenge.
