Your core beliefs are apart of your foundation in life and helps shape who you are. Unfortunately, ninety-five percentage of your core belief system has been formed by age five. To reshape your structure positively you have to challenge your assumptions, emotions, and experiences. Yes, there were some events that happen in your childhood that were good and not so good. Don’t let those negative moments define who you are or dictate what you’re going to do. Reaffirm yourself through positive self-talk, reevaluate your perspective, seek counseling if need be, and have a support team. With a proper structure in place, better decisions will be made aiding to a more beneficial lifestyle.
