We love birthdays! Certain birthdays are an especially big deal in our home. we’ve decided to use them to make sure our kids are thoroughly equipped to face the challenges of what’s next in adult life when they leave our home. We believe very strongly that mentors and role models play a huge part in our kids’ development. We like to use the eighth and thirteenth birthdays as important milestones and opportunities to invite others into the circle to influence our kids.
