This week, we will be joined by Stephanie Deppe, PhD (she/her).
Stephanie is a science communicator with the Vera C Rubin Observatory! After completing her PhD in Physics from the University of Michigan in 2019, she decided to pursue a career in Science Communication and even though she had a lot of varied experiences in SciComm during her PhD, she still had a lot of career uncertainty going into post-PhD life. And to complicate things, the world went into a pandemic and Stephanie was also suffering from extreme burnout.
