Description

Meg was introduced to yoga in 2013 and was immediately drawn to the practice as a way to gain strength and flexibility. Her yoga journey began as a physical practice, but has evolved to a strong passion for the mind, body and soul connection. Meg graduated from Yoga Tree Studio's Teacher Training Program in Toronto, completing 250 hours in 2017. During her classes, Meg blends her love of athletic movement with dynamic, fun and creative sequencing!
