"Train people well enough so they can leave .Treat them well enough so they don't want to." Well I wish I could say that's what we are experiencing in the food and restaurant industry. Cooks and chefs are quitting at a rapid rate because of unfair wages and are tired of the way some of us cooks and restaurant workers have been treated in the past.
