In today’s episode of The Farm Team Podcast I am pleased to be joined by yet another product of Lethbridge Alberta. Former Goaltender, Braeden Ostepchuk. Braeden graduated in 2018 as Valedictorian of his class with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norwich University which is the oldest Private Military Academy in the United States. Braeden’s college career was highlighted by his National Championship season in 2017 and departed the Norwich program with the second most wins (51) and second most shutouts (12) of all time.
Throughout today’s conversation we are going to dive deep into his experience with hockey and the trials and tribulations that come with the game. We are going to look into some of life’s unforeseen circumstances, and what to do when faced with those obstacles. Braeden is a spectacular example of someone who makes the best out of their given situation and I hope we can uncover some of those traits needed to be a great teammate or team leader.
Braeden has recently launched his “Learn II Perform” podcast where he utilizes his unique ability to absorb information, repackages it into a relatable context, and distributes it to the people with the goal of empowering individuals to optimize their health, happiness, and performance. The fundamental objective is to make life-changing information accessible to everyone. I sincerely look forward to learning more about his life journey, and hope we can provide some Actionable Insight into achieving a growth mindset.
