In this special Episode, I sat down with Mike Bonelli. Mike is currently working as a Program Architect for youth hockey clubs and teams. He specializes in growing the game through creative, grass-roots solutions. Mike also educates coaches and conducts player assessment and development. He has been the east district coach in chief for USAHockey in NY (covering Long Island, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess counties) since 2012 and oversees the education for over 900 coaches each year in the district.
