In this Episode of "#HVpucks," I sat down with Stephan Valis and his son, Stephan Valis II. Stephan Valis was responsible for assigning clock operators and scorekeepers in Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties prior to John Orlando stepping down as Section 1 Hockey Chairman in June of 2014. Today, both father and son serve as off-ice officials at the Ice Hutch. Enjoy!
