Hi everybody, and thanks so much for giving us the privilege of your time and attention; we hope this is worthwhile to you! This is Part 1 of a 2 Part conversation looking at the Referenda up for vote in New Zealand's October Election; namely, whether to legislate for the use of recreational and commercial cannabis, and whether to allow physician assisted dying and euthanasia.
One thing Caleb and I both wish to stress is that we are not experts in these areas. We welcome fact checking and conversation on these important issues. But we do believe that what we present should enable you to come away with a greater sense of confidence in how you will vote later this month.
