Author, Psychotherapist, Yoga Therapist and Grief Activist, Karla Helbert, is on the podcast with us discussing how we can explore grief through the koshas (5 layers or "sheaths" of the body).  Karla leads us in a guided meditation and we discuss the difference between disenfranchised grief, traumatic grief, shadow loss and loss of a loved one.
