Join Absolute EHS as we discuss what COVID-19 is like with Jack*, a survivor of COVID-19. Jack, and his girlfriend's symptoms were mild but they did everything right. They only went to the store once a week/every other week, wore masks, washed their hands, and staid distant. One grocery store trip followed by a special, planned, visit to a parent lead to anxiety, a positive COVID-19 test, and thankfully, mild symptoms with no evidence of contagion to his father.
Jack is a therapist who lives in the San Francisco Bay area and relays some anecdotes from friends and family who have experience with the disease in this interview as well.
