Doni currently runs acquisitions for a family office that focuses on assisted living and memory care facilities with a small focus on multi-family.
In addition, he has his own company, Tovak Properties, where he assists groups with underwriting, financial modeling and due diligence.
Prior to this role, Doni ran acquisitions for a family office and we completed a 1031 exchange during the height of covid and closed on 17 properties.
