Elliot Horowitz is the Founder and Managing Member of H Equities LLC.
Elliot’s experience in the real estate industry spans from being a broker, both on the commercial mortgage and investment sales side, to a commercial real estate lender in addition to being an owner and investor. During his career he has closed and consulted on commercial real estate acquisitions and loans with an aggregate value of approximately $700,000,000 with sophisticated real estate investors and partners.
Elliot has experience sourcing investment opportunities, has invested significant equity for numerous transactions and is able to conduct and oversee the financial analysis, due diligence and underwriting of potential debt or equity investments.
Elliot lives in Brooklyn with his family and in his spare time is active in a variety of charitable organizations.
