Sokol owns a buy and hold boutique real estate investment and development company, which
formed in early 2016.
Sokol Enterprises began in South Jersey in emerging neighborhoods to
revitalize the landscape by purchasing dilapidated buildings for redevelopment. Sokol Enterprises
now operates assets in three states, primarily focused in New Jersey.
Sokol quickly became a specialist in the acquisition, rehab and rental of under-developed properties. In addition to the forgoing, Sokol does commercial real estate consulting specializing in client financing and
transaction structuring.
Sokol plans on expanding the focus of Sokol Enterprises to affordable
housing with the fundamental mindset that everyone deserves a place to call home.
Sokol lives in South Jersey with her two children and is active in many women owned business
organizations and non-profits.
In 2021, Sokol developed/furnished housing units for local veterans
and their children and was South Jersey Magazine’s “Women to Watch in 2021”. Sokol is actively
involved in pro-bono consulting work for local municipalities and is on the Haddonfield Housing
Authority Board. In her free time, Sokol enjoys ballet and is a volunteer Haddonfield Cheerleading Coach.
