I have a variety of different sleeves of capital within the Greystone platform. Some direct lending products can permit C-PACE or ground leases. I also arrange unique one-stop construction or bridge loan solutions that permit C-PACE or ground leases and provide a take-out bridge/perm option through one of our direct products that can include Balance sheet, FHA/HUD, Freddie, Fannie or CMBS.

I specialize in helping property owners developing affordable / workforce residential and senior housing project mix C-PACE and ground lease financing into the capital stack to achieve 80% or more leverage at the most competitive overall blended capital costs to enhance returns.

I focus on $50-$150 million+ projects with experienced sponsors that are building and growing their portfolio and seeking a one-stop capital partner that can structure the most competitive construction, bridge and permanent financing solutions.
