The Secret Of Student Housing With Gad Regensburger
Gad is the Managing Partner of Laude Real Estate Investment firm which focuses on student housing. He is the chief engineer of the Fane Organization and a guest lecturer at Brown University.
He has over 15 years of experience in Construction, Property Management and Real Estate Operations during which he has built over 2,000 of rental and student housing units. He brings a unique knowledge of market needs and cost management skills from his experience managing over 1,600 tenants.
Gad earned a M.S.c in Business Operation and Entrepreneurship from Brown University. Gad is also a certified Structural Engineer in Israel and holds a B.S.c in Structural Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
