In 2009, Whitney began investing in real estate and found a passion for commercial real estate investing.
In 2017, he founded Life Bridge Capital, LLC - a multi-family syndicated real estate investment firm. In just a few years, Life Bridge Capital has grown into a small but powerful team, with 900 doors and $150 Million worth of assets under management. Whitney is also the host of the Real Estate Syndication Show, a daily podcast. He interviewed over 900 experts providing cutting-edge tools and strategies of the syndication business. The show now has over 100,000 downloads each month, with exponential growth continuing into 2021.
Whitney and his wife Chelsea are on a mission to help other families through the process of adoption. They have adopted 3 children, and now helping others do the same through their non-profit, Life Bridge Foundation.
