In the book of Ephesians, Paul writes about the armor of God. He compares the armor Roman soldiers of his time would have worn to the spiritual protection we need against the enemy of our souls. In this episode, I (your host, Lauren) dive into each piece of armor and why it's so important to "put on the armor" daily. We have a real enemy - Satan - and he wants to kill, steal, and destroy. But we have been given tools to fight back and keep our eyes on our ultimate Defender.
