Welcome to Memento, a podcast on urban refugees in Indonesia and beyond.
This episode features Kian (not a real name), a refugee from Iran who is now living in Makassar. In the second part of his story, he shared about a few challenges he faced while in living in Indonesia. He was surprised to see so many motorcycles in the city and to know that there are different dialects in Indonesia that made even the same language sound so different! He also shared his hobbies and recommended a good book to read for those who enjoys reading like he does.
