So it has been weeks into the new year and new resolutions have also been made, making it a fitting time to talk about PROMOTION. There are numerous theories, logic and speculations when it comes to promotion or even getting a good grade for your appraisal.
But is it really true?
In this episode, Mr Yum and myself discussed and try to come up with our own logic in regards to promotion. We also have some pointers that mayyyy prove useful. (we hope)
