Julie Parmax is the founder and facilitator at The Art of Triplicity & 3 Marks of Existence.
She is a certified Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, having graduated from the Chopra Center in Carlsbad California and is also a certified Reiki practitioner.
Additionally, Julie is an Interior Designer and the founder of 3 Marks of Existence. Her passion for creating calm, serene environments that have a harmonious energy flow, is what truly inspires her.
Julie’s inquisitive mind has guided her to learn about the worlds of metaphysics, spirituality, mediumship and Tarot which were also the stepping stones to her uncovering the benefits of Meditation and Reiki.
Collaborating these spiritual and holistic modalities has given her clients the confidence to entrust her with their personal spaces, whilst educating them about the benefits of having a solid meditation practice in their lives.
Julie’s mission is to teach her clients the easiest way to integrate meditation with Zen principles in order to assist with the manifestation of creativity and trust within their lives.
