1. Let's talk about some of your positive personality traits. Go around the table to each person, one at a time, and have the other table mates point out what they perceive are some positive personality traits of each person. Then have each person either validate, correct, or amend and describe some of what they think are their positive personality traits.
2. Let's talk about some of your negative personality traits. What are your negative personality traits? What can you do to overcome those weak spots?
3. How are you going (or what are you doing) to channel your positive personality traits and tendencies in a positive way to serve God?
