This happened when the JMDB officials alongside Taskforce went to the market to carry out the Executive Order 003 which has since been implemented, since the implementation, markets such as terminus, Kugiya and others have faced the wrath of the law but in Kara market the story changed. If the order can work in neighboring states such as Kaduna, Kano, Gombe and the FCT, then what has hindered the people from cooperating with the government?
