Rivers state governor, Siminalayi Fubara in a statewide broadcast yesterday, directed the Head of Local Government Administrations in the 23 Local Government areas of the state to take over leadership of the secretariats.
This is coming after the supreme court judgement that reinstated the earlier sacked 27 members of the Rivers state House of Assembly and also annulling the LG elections that took place last year.
