This episode's guest is James McNeil- a U. S. Army Combat Veteran.  James shares about his struggles with finding his true identity when he was medically discharged from the military.  He talks about those periods of loneliness and isolation due to depression. Times were so low, dark, and depressing he attempted suicide on multiple occasions. While the transition from life in a uniform filled with comradery to isolation in civilian life, James shares that while you may feel suicide is the only way out, but this is not the case. You are not alone. You may feel like it so you isolate yourself and, chances are, you then feel more depressed than you did before. Sure, there are dark seasons in life but you weren’t made to do it alone. There are people who care about you and value you.
