My passion for dance runs deep and I am so happy I was able to meet, speak and dance with Kristin Leigh, Owner of The Studio in Mineola, NY. Kristin started dancing at a the age of two and now owns and operates her own Dance studio so she can share her passion and talent with all those who enter her studio. She's all about the sparkles, glitter and fun especially for her younger classes which start as early as 2 years old and also has classes for adults as well. We had a lot of fun discussing the different approaches to teaching different types of dance to different types of dancers of all ages. The studio is equipped with a Sprung wood floor, to absorb shocks and give a softer feel to the body. Jump in and check out the episode.
