The end of the Liturgical Year is approaching. The theme of the Last Things is highlighted by the Church in the Gospels of her masses these days. Today we have a steward who has been caught by his master in defrauding him. His masters wants him to prepare to leave him by fixing his affairs. He does so in a crafty way by settling the accounts of those who owe his master.
