In Today's episode, we had the pleasure of sitting with a Genuine Geezy, a rather tall individual, Big Dick Nick Ridpath.
Nick is an in-person personal trainer for DMV Iron Gym in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. He also trains online clients as well. You may also catch Nick as a frequent on the Pre-Script Newsletter, where he drops some gems anyone in the business could put to practice.
Nick and I discussed his origin story in personal training and how he is becoming who he is daily. We touched on many things within the fitness industry, mainly online, and the conversation got, let's say, passionate. Nick is the content king, by the way. If you are going to consume any fitness rhetoric on Instagram, he is the source to go to. Not only does he provide a middle ground, but he also does it without putting his own biased nonsense on top of it, further confusing you.
