In Today's episode, we had the pleasure of sitting down with a Genuine Geezuits, a Soul Sister, Leah Braidi.
Leah a licensed Speech Therapist and a certified personal trainer who currently serves clients privately in my garage gym, with Clark the Rooster and his bitches. Clarks cluck pulls mad chickens.
In her early years of her CPT career Leah found herself hungry to share the knowledge she had gained to get people moving and feel better. This was inspired by her drive to find solutions for her back pain and recurring injuries after playing organized sports.
Leah find's joy in seeing people realize their potential in real-time. It's one of her favorite parts of what she currently does. She enjoy's making gains, in all aspects of life, spending time with her wife, family, and friends, traveling when able, and the outdoors.
