This episode is the 2nd in the monthly wellness goals series. Here I give you one goal per week to work on, or a little more focus than usual. It’s a fun way to find motivation, work towards goals, and give a running list of ideas for mixing it up and trying new things.
Not all of these goals will be for you and that’s fine. The point is to try them out, try new things, and find the ones that you enjoy. It's all about giving you actionable steps you can use to create your own version of a healthy lifestyle.
