over 50 years now and out the last 4 President of the United States whoever can imagine that the Federal Government is turning towards authoritian country or assuming leaning towards it and since 2024 can we say this is what the bible predicteding it are the people really not paying it no attetion will America be at war Assuming with other countries or will there be a people revolt because this now Dangerous Times and you got so much Division in Politics and the Christian who are siding with the politians and it should not be because God is not into politics and Christian should not be turning against one another over that The division of the public into "us versus them" can be exploited by authoritarian leaders who demonize their opponents and certain minority groups. This can lead to a zero-sum political mentality, where followers tolerate anti-democratic actions to prevent the opposing side from winning.Leaders may claim emergency powers to bypass legislative authority and rule by executive decree. While presidents can use executive orders to manage the executive branch, abusing this power to legislate by decree is a threat to the separation of powers. Legislative reforms like the proposed Protecting Our Democracy Act are intended to create stronger protections against the abuse of executive power.
