Where do the people draw the line when it comes to some of the Supreme Court judges compromising with politicians of a particular party? and millions and millions are seeing and witnessing that lifetime judges should uphold the laws of the land and serve and protect foreign and domestic...not giving in to politicians. The constitution is right since America came to be and the founders sat down and wrote laws that everyone needs to adhere to...The U.S. Constitution, particularly the 14th Amendment, mandates equal protection under the law, meaning no state can deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. The federal court system, established under Article III of the Constitution, is designed to administer justice fairly and impartially, with the goal of resolving disputes with reasoned decisions based on the law. .The principle of the rule of law dictates that everyone is subject to the law and no one is above it, requiring fair and impartial application of the law to all. 

• Upholding the rule of law: Judges are expected to base their decisions on the Constitution and legal principles, not on partisan agendas or political pressure.
• Public trust: Maintaining a non-political stance helps build public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the court.
• Separation of powers: The judiciary is designed to be a separate and independent branch of government, distinct from the political branches (executive and legislative). 

• In November 2023, the Supreme Court adopted a Code of Conduct for Justices.
• One of the five canons in this code states that a justice should refrain from political activity.
• The code also emphasizes that a justice should not be swayed by partisan interests.
