John G. Roberts Jr. Chief Justice of the United States,In the United States, there is no court higher than the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is the highest court in the country and the final level of appeal in the federal court system. The federal court system has three main levels:

Can the president fire a federal judge?Only Congress has the authority to remove an Article III judge. This is done through a vote of impeachment by the House and a trial and conviction by the Senate. As of September 2017, only 15 federal judges have been impeached, and only eight have been convicted.Who can override a judge's decision? The court of appeals may review the factual findings made by the trial court or agency but generally may overturn a decision on factual grounds only if the findings were “clearly erroneous.”The United States Congress has the power to declare war, as stated in the Constitution. This power is known as the Declare War Clause. not the President while some believe he can, they are wrong? the rule of lawhere is something that the voters need to look at when it comes to some of the judges because i am assuming there will be this coming

When a judge rejects evidence, it can be called suppression, striking, or excluding. Judges may suppress evidence if they believe it's inadmissible or if it violates the Constitution or other statutes. Keep Praying for America
